Levi’s® x Jordan Collaboration Series

• The following four Levi’s® stores will officially launch the Levi’s® X Jordan Collection on February 20:
  - Levi’s® Tsim Sha Tsui Harbour City store
  - Levi’s® Causeway Bay Times Square store
  - Levi’s® Mong Kok Langham Place store
  - Levi’s® Sha Tin New Town Plaza store
• On February 20, the four stores will distribute queue tickets and commence sales according to the following schedule:
  - Levi’s® Tsim Sha Tsui Harbour City Store: Queue ticket distribution at 10:15 AM; sales commence at 10:30 AM
  - Levi’s® Causeway Bay Times Square store: Queue ticket distribution at 10:45 AM; sales commence at 11:00 AM
  - Levi’s® Mong Kok Langham Place store: Queue ticket distribution at 10:45 AM; sales commence at 11:00 AM
  - Levi’s® Sha Tin New Town Plaza store: Queue ticket distribution at 10:45 AM; sales commence at 11:00 AM
• The official online store, Levi.com.hk, will launch the collection at 11:00 AM on February 20. Access on the first day will be exclusive to Levi’s® Red Tab™ GOLD and SILVER Members. Public sales will begin on February 21.
• Only the queue formed outside the main entrance of each respective store on the launch day will be officially recognized.
• To manage customer flow, store staff may arrange entry in designated time slots or groups.
• If a queue ticket specifies a particular time slot, please arrive punctually at the corresponding store. Late arrivals may be rescheduled for a later entry time at the discretion of store staff.
• Customers holding queue tickets must follow the instructions of store personnel and enter the store in numerical order. Purchases must be completed within the designated timeframe. Store staff reserve the right to request customers to finalize their purchases promptly; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the purchase opportunity.
• Queue tickets serve as proof of entry order only and do not guarantee the purchase of any specific product.
• This collection will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
• Depending on actual conditions and in-store inventory, store staff reserve the right to terminate queuing or restrict entry at any time.
• Cross-store stock inquiries and transfer arrangements are not available for this collection.
• Each member or customer is limited to one unit per style.
• Any acts of queue jumping or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
• All discounts, promotional offers, and vouchers are not applicable to purchases from this collection.
• In the event of any dispute, Levi Strauss (Hong Kong) Ltd. reserves the right of final decision. The latest in-store announcement shall prevail.

General discounts, promo codes and other related offers:

• Online promotions are only applicable for online purchases. Promotions and offers that are featured on Levi.com.hk may vary from in-store promotions. Unless otherwise stated, promo codes, discounts and other offers can only be applied on regular-priced items.
• Discounts and offers on Levi.com.hk may not be used in combination with any other promotional items, third-party loyalty, reward or cash-back programs unless otherwise stated, and are not valid during certain promotional periods.
• Certain discounts and offers may not apply to selected items such as special collections and collaborations (Levi’s® Vintage Clothing, Levi’s® Made & Crafted and licensee partnerships), items marked as not eligible, or items that are out of stock at the time of purchase.
• Discounts will not be applied to additional fees such as shipping and handling, gift-wrapping and Goods & Services Tax (GST).
• Discounts and offers cannot be used on previously placed or pending orders.
• All discounts and offers on Levi.com.hk only apply to authorised purchases. Only authorised orders will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of offer and to modify or cancel offers and discounts due to unforeseen technical errors or issues.
• Levi’s® Hong Kong reserves the right to make final decisions and to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
